This milestone portrait session is designed to preserve this adorable stage your baby is in right now. From first smiles to growing personalities, these moments change quickly. The session lasts up to 60 minutes and is created for one child, ages 3 months through 12 years.
We’ll use up to two thoughtfully selected backdrops to create variety while keeping the focus on your child. You’ll also have access to the studio’s collection of props, wraps, headbands, and hats for a timeless look.
Portrait collections and digital files are purchased separately, allowing you to choose the pieces that will become lasting heirlooms in your home.

Children's Cake Smash Photography

This cake smash photography session is designed to celebrate your little one’s first birthday in a way that feels joyful, playful, and styled with simplicity. Turning one is such a sweet milestone, and this session captures the giggles, the curiosity, and all the messy fun that comes with it.
The session lasts up to 60 minutes and is for one child. We’ll begin with classic portraits before transitioning into the cake smash, documenting all of the sweet expressions and personality. Once the cake smashing is done, we'll capture a few bathtub shots that are the favorite of all babies!
The cake is included and styled to complement the overall look of your session. You’ll also have access to the studio’s collection of props and accessories to complete the design. Feel free to bring along props and decorations to add your personal touch.

The Little Legacy Club is a milestone photoshoot plan that includes four milestone sessions. One at 3-4 months, 6-7 months, 9-10 months, and a birthday cake smash. At every session, you’ll receive 12 professionally edited digital images, ready to print, share, and cherish.
At the end of your baby’s first year, all of those moments come together in a custom 10x10 heirloom album, a tangible keepsake that tells the full story from newborn to one.
Rather than booking sessions individually, The Little Legacy Club offers a simple monthly investment, making it easy to plan ahead and never miss a moment. Each session is fully styled and guided, with careful attention to timeless, heirloom-quality imagery that will feel just as special decades from now as it does today.

Step 1 Book your Children's Photography Photo shoot
Milestone sessions are for children of any age and for just one child only. If you have more than one child you’d like photographed, please book a family portrait session.
The session fee is due to secure your photoshoot. This fee covers your children's photography time and the costs associated with planning, styling, shooting, and viewing your session.
Once you have secured your session, we will email you a questionnaire to start the photoshoot planning process.

Children's photography sessions last up to one hour and include several poses and backdrops. You're welcome to bring along anything you'd like your baby to be photographed in, and outfit changes are fun. I provide a variety of baby wraps, headbands, hats, and props.
Step 3 View Order & Enjoy Your Photos
Once your session is completed, we will schedule a view and order appointment. Your portrait package is sold separately.
We offer full-resolution digital files, heirloom-quality printed art pieces, and packages that combine both digital and printed art.
We are a full-service studio, which means your portraits can be printed and framed, wrapped in canvas, or arranged in a beautiful heirloom album.
Step 4 Delivering your Final Products
Enjoy your hand-edited images in a private online gallery—perfect for viewing, downloading, and sharing with loved ones. When should I book a milestone session?
I am happy to photograph a baby of any age, and we will always get beautiful portraits. The most common baby milestones are:
4-5 Months - Smiling, holding feet, and holding head up during belly time.
6-7 Months - Laughing, sitting, strong belly time, and scooting or crawling.
9-10 Months - Assisted standing, crawling, sitting, clapping.
12-13 Months - Standing, Walking, and smashing birthday cakes.
