Milestone Children’s Photography FAQs
When should I book a milestone session?
I am happy to photograph a baby of any age, and we will always get beautiful portraits. The most common baby milestones are:
4-5 Months - Smiling, holding feet, and holding head up during belly time.
6-7 Months - Laughing, sitting, strong belly time, and scooting or crawling.
9-10 Months - Assisted standing, crawling, sitting, clapping.
12-13 Months - Standing, Walking, and smashing birthday cakes.
What do I need to prepare for my baby photos?
Baby photography sessions last up to one hour and include several poses and backdrops. You're welcome to bring along anything you'd like your baby to be photographed in, and outfit changes are fun. I provide a variety of baby wraps, headbands, hats, and props.
How much do baby photos cost?
Quality professional baby photography is considered an investment in your family's art. Prices range depending on your photographic needs. Most clients invest between $600 and $2000 for their portrait collection. We offer full-resolution digital files, heirloom-quality printed art pieces, and packages that combine digital and printed art.
We are a full-service studio, which means your portraits can be printed and framed, wrapped in canvas, or arranged in a beautiful heirloom album.
