Baby Photographer

Hi! My name is Amy. I’m a photographer specializing in maternity, newborn, baby, and family photography. I create beautiful photographic stories for families in the Murrieta and Temecula Valley. I was born and raised here in Southern California, and I’ve grown up with this community. I’m a Momma of three, and I’m a happy little business owner. My boutique studio is located on Murrieta Hot Springs Road, right next to the Firefighter’s Park.

My business began 16 years ago in a tiny little garage in Sun City. My main focus was on maternity photography. The miracle of pregnancy and the creation of life has always been such an inspiration to me.

My goal as a portrait photographer is to create family heirlooms that capture love, emotion, and connection. I love to create art of your family year after year. Watching and documenting as your children grow. And, displaying art that makes a house a loving home.

My photography skills and education are ongoing. I attend monthly meetings and classes to stay a step ahead. I’m a PPA-recognized Master Photographer. This means I’ve had extensive training as a portrait artist. Mastering technical excellence with creativity, lighting, posing, composition, color harmony, and storytelling. All of which are necessary for impactful imagery.

Additionally, I give back to the photographic community with mentorship and education service. Over the years, I have earned many awards and photographer of the year honors.  Please view my list of awards and accolades in children’s photography.

Safety is critical when photographing newborn babies. As a professional newborn photographer, I must stay above the most current and safest posing and shooting techniques for your baby. Your very first newborn session is a special and unique time. I know that often this is the very first outing for your baby. With that in mind, the studio is kept clean, quiet, and relaxing for a very private and personal newborn experience. Each family is unique. So, I strive to create a new and fresh approach for each family. 

Newborn Photographer

As a newborn baby photographer and baby photographer, here is where I shine. I have 16 years of experience with safety, skill, patience, artistic talent, and love. Photographing newborn babies is a specialty that requires extreme care, education, and talent. I’m always learning new techniques to create simple and beautiful imagery. The newborn session is scheduled for three hours to ensure a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Maternity Photographer

Maternity Photography is where I found my start as a professional photographer. I loved being pregnant. It was such a magical time in my life. Growing a life. Feeling that little person move and grow. Sensing an insanely strong bond with someone that I’ve never even met. The physical change in my body. My only cares were about our new little baby. The one who was about to make their mark on our family and our world. This is why maternity portraits are so important to me.

Sessions are photographed in the studio or outdoors on location. My favorite style is simplistic and classic. Showcasing your beautiful baby bump with a Vanity Fair style.

Family Photographer

And suddenly we’re a family... My career started with maternity portraits, which lead to baby photography. Then more babies and more babies! Suddenly, we have a beautiful blooming family, and life is changing every day. Now, THIS is my favorite part. When my career began, I had no idea that my clients were giving me a chance to be a part of their families. That, I was given the honor of loving their children and seeing them grow. This, by far, is the BEST part of my job in every way. Creating art and capturing these unique little personalities each year. 

Senior Portrait Photographer

I will admit that I haven’t grown up. But I did graduate high school! I remember, way back then, being so scared and so excited all at once. It was important to me to be unique and authentic. I remember wondering how I was going to make a difference in this world. So, raise your hand if your senior portraits were less than awesome. Yeah.... me too! This is where my passion for senior portraits comes in. Senior photos are all about who you truly are. Your graduation portraits should be expressive and have style. It’s about capturing the real you and celebrating your graduation. A quinceañera is also the perfect time to create memorable portraits in the same fashion. Bring multiple looks and outfit changes from casual to formal.
